Eddie M. studied with top music professors at U.C. Berkeley’s Summer Music Program before graduating Berkeley High School in 1979.   

His first professional tour was, “Purple Rain” with Prince and Sheila E.; and Eddie’s first recording was withPrince – “Around the World in a Day”.

Since the early 1980’s, Eddie has toured/performed and recorded with artists such as Stevie Nicks, Aretha Franklin, Beyoncé, Eric Benét, Teena Marie, Wayman Tisdale and Acoustic Alchemy.

More recently, Eddie has toured and performed with contemporary Christian recording artists such as Yolanda Adams and Martha Munizzi.
