Amy Ferris is an author, screenwriter, editor and playwright. Her recent memoir, Marrying George Clooney, Confessions From a Midlife Crisis (Seal Press, 2010) is heading Off-Broadway in 2013. She co-wrote both films Mr. Wonderful (Director: Anthony Minghella) and Funny Valentines (Director: Julie Dash). She has contributed to numerous anthologies, edited two women centric magazines, and wrote a young adult novel, A Greater Goode (Houghton Mifflin, 2001). Amy co-edited the anthology Dancing at The Shame Prom with Hollye Dexter. Amy’s blog, Marrying George Clooney, was named one of the best blogs for women over 40 by More Magazine. Amy lives in Pennsylvania with her wonderful, and joyous husband, Ken, and quite loves her life.
