Rabella Ali Rabella moved to the United States in 1991, but was only able to pursue her personal freedom, when in 2000 she moved to Los Angeles.
She separated from an arranged marriage, as she needed the freedom to pursue her dreams and to find her self. Through this separation, she transformed and healed herself and continues the fight for women and children’s rights. She worked to change the laws in Lebanon, giving women hope and the encouragement to live.
Through this undying determination to pursue what is just and right, she became an example to others. Never giving up her hope and her courage to face her culture and tradition of abuse, she continues her fight.
Other than her move to the United States, the birth of her two children and the handmade, heartfelt book her brother wrote for her as a gift, would be the most influential events thus far in her life.
Having been born and raised in Lebanon in a large family of fourteen, she embodies cultural traits she is proud of, such as strong hospitality and an unending, passionate drive for freedom and uses the knowledge she learned there, combined with her continued learning here, to create a balance healthy life. While in Lebanon, Rabella studied at the Technical Art School focusing on Architecture, Interior Design and in Los Angeles studied Neuro linguistics and personally studied the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga in India.
Apart from her passion and hospitality, Rabella is a wise, genuine and trustworthy person, who’s personal knowledge, achievement in life and finding individual happiness define her life.
She expands her universal knowledge by rounding out her life writing, traveling, horse back riding, playing tennis and piano, yoga, cooking, dancing and hiking. She is a caring, loving dreamer and an outstanding cook. She hopes her future brings continued happiness and learning; constantly believing that dreams do come true.
She would love to build a chocolate factory school for children to learn a skilled trade, offering a home and safe, fun environment for orphans. She will continue her personal involvement in aiding the plight of hindered women finding their voices and freedom and hopes to build a center for women to teach awareness. Karim Cheikh Ali, D.E.M,
